Terms and Conditions of Service & Refund Policy

1. Our Services

30 Day Credit Pros agrees to provide credit repair and consulting services, which include:

Reviewing your credit reports from relevant credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) to identify inaccurate or obsolete information.

Creating and sending all essential correspondence to challenge inaccurate information in your credit reports.

Providing ongoing consulting, coaching, and monitoring services through various communication methods during regular business hours.

2. Client Obligations and Default

To ensure the success of the Services, the client must:

Submit full and accurate information (e.g., address, social security number) within five (5) days of the Agreement’s execution.

Keep the credit monitoring account active and updated throughout the term of the Agreement.

Refrain from adding new negative information to the credit report (e.g., late payments, collections).

Refrain from engaging in any other action that would hinder the completion of our services.

Pay a minimum of 3 months in service fees.

3. Authorization and Liability

By entering into an agreement, the client authorizes 30 day credit pros to act on their behalf to improve their credit. This includes contacting the three major credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax) and any other reporting agencies or creditors as necessary.

The client may revoke this authorization at any time by providing written notice. If not revoked earlier, this authorization will automatically terminate 12 months from the date of signature. The client releases 30 day credit pros from any and all claims and demands related to the contract.

Refund Policy and Service Warranty

1. Right of Cancellation (Statutory)

You have the right to cancel your contract for any reason without penalty or obligation within five (5) business days from the date you signed it.1

Cancellation Process: To cancel, you must deliver a written notice (e.g., stating "I hereby cancel this transaction") to 30 day credit pros before midnight on the fifth day after the date you signed the contract.

Refund upon Cancellation: If you cancel within this period, any payment made by you must be returned within 15 days after 30 day credit pros receives your notice of cancellation.

2. Performance Warranty

30 day credit pros aims to help you reach a 150-point collective increase in your credit score, spread across the 3 credit bureaus, within 90 days of signing the agreement.1

Remedy: If you fulfill all your obligations and do not see the 150-point collective increase, the company will repeat the dispute process up to three (3) additional times at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (outside of the original Service Fee).

Waiver: If the 150-point collective increase is still not met after the additional rounds or within 90 days, the Agreement is voidable by you, and 30 day credit pros will waive any remaining Service Fee owed under the Agreement.
